After entrepreneurs, teens are the next risk takers but only when it comes to having fun. The bible says, youth should enjoy their youthful age, but what it didn’t say is, you should put yourself or someone else in danger. Teens always crave for more and engage in risky driving which are:
Drinking and driving- it is a known fact that driving under the influence of alcohol or any thing intoxicating is against the law. No matter how experienced you are at driving, it is still advisable not to driver under the influence of alcohol. If an experienced driver is warned not to drink and drive that means it is very risky for an inexperienced teen to engage in such.
Distracted driving-This is one of the greatest contributors to road crash. Drivers of all age groups fall victim of distracted driving, but teens get distracted easily, most especially with their phones( replying a msg and making snap chat videos) and always changing the stereo.
Driving with teen passengers- When teens hang out with their peers, they tend to follow the suggestions of their peers, and would want to do the exact thing they saw in movies. they over speed, drive recklessly just to impress their friends or show off, they do crazy things on the road unaware of the dangers that may occur.
Drivers Inexperience- Driving requires practice which could take years to get to near perfect. Teen drivers are still relatively new, less experience and skills in driving. Teens are so eager to hit the road and will definitely make mistakes that are irreversible.
Over Speeding- This is another form of having fun, best enjoyed with loud music and accompanied with singing and little body movement. divided attention, which will hinder you from hearing horns or sirens and you need to keep those eyes and ears of yours wide
Quit distracting your friends when they are driving
